COSI' E' STATO... dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno contattato (PER DAVVERO) confermando l'appuntamento per il 03/01/2020 (intorno a mezzogiorno).... PENSANDO FOSSE LA SOLITA PROMESSA DA MARINAIO, attendevamo con ansia tale telefonata.. INCREDIBILMENTE (non pensavo) ALLE ORE 12:20 DEL 03/01/2020 SI E' PRESENTATO PUNTUALE COME UN OROLOGIO SVIZZERO, una persona squisita e gentilissima (il sig. All'inizio i problemi ci sono stati ma più che altro dovuti all'impianto da mettere a punto e magari l'inesperienza degli installatori (comunque l'impianto è complesso). Dopo di che affidabilità assoluta. Che lavori tanto, che lavori poco, parte sempre. Ho più affidabilità con una ungaro a pellet che con una a metano qualsiasi a condensazione. Large pellet boiler. Mai avuto problemi seri, soltanto manutenzione ordinaria più una scheda danneggiata da temporale e serbatoio acqua sostituito dopo 10 anni. È cambiato il tecnico di zona, purtroppo, il nuovo (visto una volta sola) non risponde al telefono da mesi. Nonostante sia soddisfatto della stufa la mancata assistenza sulla mia zona è problema serio, mi vedo costretto a rivolgermi a tecnico non autorizzato Ungaro, questo non depone a favore dell'azienda.
