c	chiara grimaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aggiungo alla catena di disagi delle recensioni precedenti. Arriviamo e non avevamo acqua calda. Dopo 3 richiami ancora niente. Intanto si blocca lo scarico dei servizi. Proponiamo noi di farci cambiare stanza. Ci portano in un appartamento con dentro ancora i rifiuti della famiglia che aveva alloggiato prima di noi. La Notte la caldaia inizia a fischiare. Ci staccano l'acqua calda. La mattina successiva non c'era più neanche l'acqua fredda e anche li non funzionava più lo scarico. X 5 euro di colazione una brioche e cappuccio, che neanche a Milano in centro. Note positive: Piscina pulita, brioche buona. Panorama magico. Camerieri pazienti ed educati. Purtroppo Stress elevato con risvolti tragicomici. Consiglio alla direzione di ristrutturare il tutto e di lavorare sulla comunicazione e la relazione con il cliente. We propose that we change rooms. They take us to an apartment with the rubbish of the family who had stayed before us still inside. At night the boiler starts whistling. We cut off the hot water. The next morning there was no more cold water and even there the drain no longer worked. For breakfast, a croissant and a hood for breakfast, which is not even in the center of Milan. Positive notes: Clean pool, good brioche. Magical panorama. Patient and polite waiters. Unfortunately, high stress with tragicomic implications. I advise the management to restructure everything and work on communication and the relationship with the customer.
F	Fabio Papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedendo le recensioni devo dire che ero un po' titubante sul passare il week-end in questo agriturismo,alla fine con un po' di coraggio ho voluto osare. Devo ammettere che in proporzione i prezzi sono un po' più alti del dovuto ed è vero che la struttura potrebbe essere un po' più curata, ma per il resto il posto è incantevole, il cibo ottimo e il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La passeggiata a cavallo è stata meravigliosa, a differenza da quello che ho letto in alcune recensioni, abbiamo fatto un un giro fra la natura alternano sentieri e Valli. In conclusione devo precisare che le recensioni lasciate dagli utenti non rendono affatto giustizia a questa struttura. Provare per credere!!! Seeing the reviews I must say that I was a bit hesitant about spending the weekend in this farmhouse, in the end with a little courage I wanted to dare. I must admit that in proportion the prices are a little higher than they should and it is true that the structure could be a little more cared for, but otherwise the place is lovely, the food excellent and the staff very kind and helpful. The horseback ride was wonderful, unlike what I read in some reviews, we took a ride between nature alternating paths and valleys. In conclusion, I must point out that the reviews left by users do not do this structure justice at all. Seeing is believing!!!
V	Valeria Frattini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente per non dire inesistente… Menu fisso 35 euro con portate scarse e di qualità bassa.. 10 euro di ingresso in piscina per avere: acqua molto torbida e sporca, lettini scomodissimi con solo assi di legno… A metà pomeriggio chiediamo acqua e gelato e riceviamo come risposta “non abbiamo più acqua e i gelati non li teniamo (avevano i frigo spenti)” Unica nota positiva: il paesaggio attorno. Posto sconsigliato, decisamente da migliorare il tutto! Poor service not to say non-existent ... Fixed menu 35 euros with scarce courses and of low quality .. 10 euros for entry to the pool to have: very cloudy and dirty water, very uncomfortable beds with only wooden planks ... In the middle of the afternoon we ask for water and ice cream and receive as an answer "we no longer have water and we don't keep ice creams (they had the fridge off)" The only positive note: the surrounding landscape. Not recommended, definitely to improve everything!

Abbiamo fatto un addio al nubilato, pagando 32 per menù deciso da loro, e 25 per spa riservata(ma nn è stato così). Ci hanno messo a pranzare sotto il sole, abbiamo mangiato antipasto e poi giustamente come la stagione lo richiede, una bella lasagnina bella bollente che nessuna è stata in grado di finire... Il secondo nn lo abbiamo mangiato, ma lo abbiamo pagato.. Eravamo 14 ci hanno portato 8/9 bottiglie d'acqua e 2 di spumante e 1 di rosso, e in piscina altre 4, ma ne abbiamo pagate 18 ?. Poi andiamo in spa, sporca sauna rotta con ragnatele, dell'acqua nn ne parliamo, insetti schiuma e sporcizia... In 14, 5 lettini riservati.. Tutto molto scadente... A, dimenticavo hanno fatto una torta x la sposa offerta da loro, che nn abbiamo chiesto ma pagato.. Un mio consiglio, nn andate ci sono tante alte cose belle a Varzi... We ate the second one, but we paid for it .. We were 14 and they brought us 8/9 bottles of water and 2 of sparkling wine and 1 of red, and another 4 to the pool, but we paid 18 ?. Then we go to the spa, dirty sauna broken with cobwebs, water we don't talk about it, foam insects and dirt ... In 14, 5 reserved beds .. All very poor ... A, I forgot they made a cake for the bride offered from them, which we didn't ask for but paid for .. My advice, don't go there are many other beautiful things in Varzi ...

Abbiamo passato il pomeriggio in piscina in assoluta tranquillità e in tempi di pandemia si apprezza ancor di più. Aperitivo al tramonto con bollicine dell'oltrepo' e squisiti taglieri, cena in terrazza con piacevole brezza e pernottamento in una stanza con balcone e vista sulle colline. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto che ha fatto tardare la nostra cena e il personale è stato comprensivo e disponibile. Fabio ed Elvis e il resto del personale non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, soprattutto la gentilezza che di sti tempi non è per nulla scontata. La struttura richiederebbe po' più attenzione nella manutenzione, ma credo che stiano provvedendo visto che la SPA era chiusa per ristrutturazione. Insomma, da provare. We stayed at this farm to spend a day with friends. We spent the afternoon in the pool in absolute tranquility and in times of pandemic it is appreciated even more. Aperitif at sunset with bubbles from the Oltrepo 'and exquisite cutting boards, dinner on the terrace with a pleasant breeze and overnight stay in a room with a balcony and a view of the hills. We had an unexpected event that delayed our dinner and the staff were understanding and helpful. Fabio and Elvis and the rest of the staff did not make us miss anything, especially the kindness that in these times is not at all obvious. The facility would require a little more attention in maintenance, but I believe they are taking care of it as the SPA was closed for renovation. In short, to try.

They said it would be done as soon as possible, but didn't hear from them. Therefore we asked whether it was better for them to just use the reservation now, but they answered that the reservation was expired. Awful customer care ever seen. They actually stole 200 eur from us. Stay away.
