Potete anche acquistare le trote dal loro allevamento.

Incuriositi dal menù, abbiamo provato 2 menù degustazione diversi, pesce e vegetariano, che abbiamo condiviso assaggiando entrambi tutti i piatti: una delizia per il palato ?.
Giuste le porzioni, piatti curati nel dettaglio e non banali.
Una lode in particolare alla trota salmonata in panatura di mais, ai ravioli con ripieno di trota affumicata, alla parmigiana di zucchine e alla cagliata di panna all'arancia.

Really nice place both outside and inside: discovered on the net looking for a location where you can taste the trout.
Intrigued by the menu, we tried 2 different tasting menus, fish and vegetarian, which we shared, tasting both all dishes: a delight for the palate ?.
Right portions, dishes with attention to detail and not trivial.
Praise in particular to the salmon trout in corn breadcrumbs, the ravioli stuffed with smoked trout, the zucchini parmigiana and the orange curd.
