★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza personale molto negativa, dopo un mese di attesa ho pagato per la sistemazione del mio tagliaerba che dopo 1/2 ora di lavoro si è fermato.
Ho portato il tagliaerba ad un altro centro assistenza e con sorpresa scopro che mi hanno sostituito gli stessi pezzi perché usurati. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che si trattava di una normale manutenzione che prevede la sostituzione di alcuni pezzi standard che ovviamente NON erano stati cambiati.
Stessa riparazione ( questa volta davvero)
Risultato, ho speso meno e soprattutto adesso il mio tagliaerba funziona perfettamente.
Consiglierò vivamente a tutti i miei conoscenti di evitare questa attività.
Very bad personal experience, after a month of waiting I paid for the arrangement of my lawnmower which stopped after 1/2 hour of work.
I took the lawnmower to another service center and to my surprise I find that the same parts have been replaced because they are worn. I ask for explanations and I am told that it was a normal maintenance which involves the replacement of some standard parts which obviously had NOT been changed.
Same repair (this time for real)
Result, I spent less and above all now my lawnmower works perfectly.
I will strongly advise all my acquaintances to avoid this activity.
