Alla fine l'ho ripreso indietro dovendo pagare 20 euro per nulla e l'ho portato da un'altra parte dove l'ho riparato per trenta. Sconsigliati. Riparazione fatta a regola d'arte ed in brevissimo tempo nonostante le festività Natalizie . Prezzi molto onesti nonostante siano gli unici specializzati nei robottini da giardino. Grazie !!!! A fronte di consegna e pagamento nei tempi previsti, devo sottolineare una scarsa attenzione al cliente: ho ricevuto la valigetta della motosega tutta sporca di olio perché il tappo del serbatoio non era stato chiuso correttamente ed è uscito tutto durante il trasporto. Ho segnalato la cosa via mail al mio referente, ma non ho ricevuto neanche due righe di scuse o di giustificazione. In più non mi è stato segnalato che l'impugnatura di plastica della motosega aveva una crepa e infatti si è rotta durante il primo utilizzo. Mi spiace, ma la mia valutazione e’ negativa.
