★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motosega Alpina (di cui è assistenza autorizzata) portata in riparazione un mese fa. Il guasto peraltro era anche evidente visto che si era strappato il.filo che porta corrente alla pipetta della candela.
Il loro primo commento è "ma cosa compratr questi attrezzi che sono paccottiglia. Ovvio che si ronpono" (ma non ne siete assistenza autorizzata?).
Come se non bastasse, dopo un mese di attesa, hanno chiuso per ferie senza nemmeno degnarsi di avvisare nonostante fosse passata mia moglie a chiedere informazioni solo due giorni prima.
Scarsa professionalità, scarso rispetto per l'azienda Alpina che di fatto rappresentano ma soprattutto scarso rispetto per il cliente.
Non sarà per caso dovuto al fatto che l'attrezzo è in garanzia? Il dubbio sorge...
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!
Alpina chainsaw (of which it is authorized assistance) brought for repair a month ago. The failure was also evident since the wire that carries current to the spark plug cap had been torn.
Their first comment is "but what do you buy these tools that are junk. Obviously they snore" (but you are not authorized assistance?).
As if that were not enough, after a month of waiting, they closed for holidays without even deigning to notify despite my wife having come to ask for information only two days before.
Lack of professionalism, little respect for the Alpine company which they actually represent, but above all little respect for the customer.
Could it not be due to the fact that the tool is under warranty? Doubt arises ...
