A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto la portabilità HO mi hanno chiesto 20 euro. Mentre il call center HO e anche il volantino era scritto chiaramente 0,99 per la sim e 5.99 per la prima ricarica. Alla mia richiesta di chiarimento mi è stato più volte detto, in modo arrogante e maleducato che la cifra da pagare era 20 e visto che mi avevano già fatto firmare non potevo nemmeno rifiutare. Trovo tutta questa pratica vergognosa. Dovevano almeno avvisare prima. Per me questo è un abuso di prepotenza. Infatti andando nel punto HO del Carrefour di Thiene lo stesso giorno, ho potuto passare ad HO insieme ad alcuni amici, con 6.99 euro come descritto nel volantino e come mi aveva detto il call center HO. Sono passata all'operatore telefonico Ho. e con mia sorpresa mi hanno messo in conto 20€ invece che 6,99€ quando sia il call-center che la promozione scritta nel volantino riportava chiaramente il costo sim di 0,99 più 5,99€ della prima ricarica...come sempre!!! E invece mi hanno chiesto 20€ solo dopo aver firmato le carte, senza darmi la possibilità di non procedere!!! Shame on you!!!! I switched to telephone operator Ho. and to my surprise they charged me € 20 instead of € 6.99 when both the call center and the promotion written in the flyer clearly indicated the sim cost of 0.99 plus € 5.99 for the first top-up ... how always!!!
