★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia lamentela riguarda i tempi di attesa del call-center (lunghi), ma soprattutto per chiamare la filiale di Pordenone non si riesce mai a contattarla, ne tramite telefono, ne tramite e.mail delle assistenti di filiale, che a suo tempo ti avevano fornito.
Sei costretto a passare dalla filiale senza appuntamento anche per chiedere delle informazioni relative ai tuoi contratti.
Allucinante!!

Inserito la mia richiesta on line e dopo 2 giorni lavorativi ero in agenzia a Pordenone per definire la mia pratica.
