Ho fatto richiesta di una carta di credito presso la sede, mi dicono che ci vogliono 1/2 giorni per la risposta e invece.............. dopo 21 giorni e vari solleciti finalmente mi hanno riferito l'esito , risposta che si sapeva già dopo 13 giorni ma che nessuno mi aveva riferito nonostante avessi chiamato più volte per avere notizie. PESSIMO ...PESSIMO...PESSIMO

I applied for a credit card at the office, they tell me that it takes 1/2 days for the reply and instead .............. after 21 days and various reminders they finally told me the outcome, an answer that was already known after 13 days but that no one had reported to me despite having called several times for news. AWFUL ... AWFUL ... AWFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento verso i clienti pessimo. Ti prendono in giro in continuazione sono trascorsi 15 giorni e ancora aspetto risposta. Chiamo ogni giorno e mi rispondono domani la chiamiamo. Non è il modo di comportarsi verso i propri clienti.
Treatment towards bad customers. They are teasing you all the time 15 days have passed and I am still waiting for an answer. I call every day and they answer me tomorrow we call her. It is not the way to behave towards your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento ore 09.15 e fino alle 10 di dicono di attendere mentre parlano gioiosamente tra colleghi dei fatti loro senza ponersi se i cliente abbiano altro da fare finito l’appuntamento! Incompetenza allo stato puro. Vengono pure pagati!
Made an appointment at 09.15 and until 10 they say to wait while they talk joyfully among colleagues about their facts without asking themselves if the customers have anything else to do after the appointment! Pure incompetence. They are also paid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, non rispondono al telefono e chiamandoli si viene dirottati SEMPRE su un centralino estero. Io sono bloccata su un altro prestito in quanto non riesco a richiedere la liberatoria da Agos. Il tutto per una semplice richiesta fatta online.
Bad experience, they do not answer the phone and calling them is ALWAYS diverted to a foreign switchboard. I am stuck on another loan as I am unable to apply for a release from Agos. All for a simple online request.
