Ci siamo visti annullare 5 biglietti per Lima, acquistati ad aprile, a 2 giorni dalla partenza, 20 luglio perché avevano fatto la prenotazione ma non avevano pagato la compagnia aerea. Non si sono assunti la loro responsabilità trovandoci nuovi passaggi alla stessa cifra ma pretendendo da noi un adeguamento alle nuove tariffe(aumento di 1600€).Ci siamo fatti restituire il nostro denaro(senza alcun risarcimento, per ora, per il grosso danno subito) e ci siamo recati in un altra agenzia che é riuscita a trovarci 3 biglietti con la stessa data di partenza stabilita e 2 biglietti con partenza 4 giorni dopo aggiungendo "solo" 800€ alla cifra di partenza. Esperienza pessima
 Beware of this agency. They are not at all competent and professional. We had 5 tickets to Lima canceled, purchased in April, 2 days before departure, July 20 because they had made the reservation but had not paid the airline. They did not take their responsibility by finding new passes for us at the same amount but demanding an adjustment from us to the new rates (increase of 1600 €) .We got our money back (without any compensation, for now, for the large damage suffered) and we went to another agency that managed to find us 3 tickets with the same departure date and 2 tickets with departure 4 days later adding "only" 800 € to the starting amount. Bad experience
