Avevo un problema con dei documenti per il visto cinese di lavoro e l'impiegato di Orientour, con fare sbrigativo, mi ha detto che non poteva aiutarmi. Ho provato a spiegare le indicazioni che avevo ricevuto direttamente dall'ufficio immigrazione in Cina, ma l'impiegato non ha voluto ascoltare e, spazientito, ha spiegato velocemente (in un italiano difficile da capire) perché non poteva aiutarmi. Ho salutato con gentilezza, anche se molto colpito dalla mancanza di tatto, e mi sono rivolto ad un'altra agenzia visti a Milano che, guarda caso, mi ha subito accolto la richiesta e risolto il problema nel giro di qualche giorno. Spero che questa mancanza di professionalità (per la mia situazione) sia stata solo un caso isolato, e che questa recensione sia un modo per far migliorare qualcosa. Bad impression. I had a problem with documents for the Chinese work visa and the Orientour employee, with a hasty gesture, told me he couldn't help me. I tried to explain the indications I received directly from the immigration office in China, but the employee didn't want to listen and, impatiently, he quickly explained (in an Italian difficult to understand) why he couldn't help me. I greeted you kindly, although very impressed by the lack of tact, and I turned to another visa agency in Milan which, incidentally, immediately accepted my request and solved the problem within a few days. I hope that this lack of professionalism (for my situation) was just an isolated case, and that this review is a way to improve something.

Rapidi nel rilascio visti che avviene in pochi giorni. Unico neo la difficoltà di parcheggio. Ma vicino alla metro M3 e M5. Kind and efficient. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un ottimo inizio..... grande delusione! Mi sono servito di loro per quasi 3 anni; niente da dire: puntuali, rapidi attenti. Io vado in Cina almeno 4 volte all'anno ed allora gli ho chiesto per VISA di 1 anno e secondo loro era difficile; bisogna chiedere lettera invito a mio corrispondente in Cina con vidimazione ad ufficio locale (e non era chiaro dove e come) e non mi hanno supportato per niente. Per caso, per altri visti, mi sono rivolto ad un'altra agenzia e vedendo nel mio passaporto quanto viaggio mi hanno suggerito di richiedere per la Cina un visto Business multi entry, 1 anno validita'. Detto fatto! Per cui, mi sono proprio sentito preso in giro da Orientour e con me HANNO CHIUSO! After a great start ..... big disappointment! I have used them for almost 3 years; nothing to say: punctual, quick attentive. I go to China at least 4 times a year and then I asked him for 1 year VISA and according to them it was difficult; you have to ask for invitation letter to my correspondent in China with endorsement at local office (and it was not clear where and how) and they didn't support me at all. By chance, for other visas, I turned to another agency and seeing in my passport how much travel they suggested that I request a multi-entry Business visa for China, 1 year validity. No sooner said than done! So, I really felt teased by Orientour and CLOSED with me!
