★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità, cortesia, educazione, voglia di rendere davvero felice il cliente, ecco cosa io ho trovato in questa agenzia di viaggi...... con loro sono stato in Islanda, Ungheria, Norvegia, Repubblica Ceca, Olanda ecc... sempre disponibilissimi e neticolosissimi nel controllare qualsiasi problema tra voli ed hotel, perfetti nel seguire il cliente anche durante il viaggio....... un biglietto lo possiamo fare tutti su Internet, ma poi??? Hotel California, ci mette la faccia e ti segue davvero, risolvendo qualsiasi problema sopravvenga.....
 Availability, courtesy, education, desire to make the customer really happy, this is what I found in this travel agency ...... I have been with them in Iceland, Hungary, Norway, Czech Republic, Holland etc ... always extremely available and very neticolosissimi in controlling any problem between flights and hotels, perfect to follow the customer even during the trip ....... a ticket we can all do on the Internet, but then ??? Hotel California, puts our face and really follows you, solving any problems that may arise .....
