Very good and super competent, when you enter the agency all the girls are smiling and welcoming and you immediately feel at home.
In my trip I was helped by Erika who, with extreme kindness and sympathy, took care of everything by letting me concentrate on my vacation without thinking about anything. Thanks again to you for contributing to my perfect vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona agenzia con buona disponibilità. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nonostante alcuni giorni prima avessi mandato una mail con le mie richieste e fissato un appuntamento(come concordato telefonicamente),al mio arrivo ho capito che la mail addirittura non era stata neanche visionata.
Comunque poi abbiamo risolto.
Good agency with good availability. I did not like the fact that although a few days before I had sent an email with my requests and set an appointment (as agreed by telephone), upon my arrival I realized that the email had not even been viewed.
Anyway then we fixed it.
