★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo necessità per una pratica inerente la mia patente, ho riscontrato molta incompetenza, dopo un po' di tempo a cercare di far capire che ciò che stavo chiedendo era previsto dalla motorizzazione civile, mi sono fatto dire il costo dell'operazione burocratica, la sorpresa è stata nel sentire il prezzo altissimo, quasi il doppio, riscontrato poi in altre autoscuole, di una pratica che fino a qualche minuto prima non ne conoscevano l'esistenza.
 Having the need for a practice concerning my driving license, I found a lot of incompetence, after some time trying to make people understand that what I was asking for was foreseen by the civil motorization, I made myself say the cost of the bureaucratic operation, the surprise it was in hearing the very high price, almost double, found in other driving schools, of a practice that until a few minutes before they did not know of its existence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 9 Dicembre avevo la necessità di fare un passaggio di proprietà, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima, in quanto pur se l'agenzia era intenzionata a fare il ponte e non sarebbe stata aperta al pubblico mi ha permesso di portare a termine la pratica con grande pazienza (non avendo subito a disposizione la documentazione necessaria).
Inoltre il costo è stato molto onesto (migliore di altre agenzie).
Inoltre ho riscontrato una grande competenza.

In addition, the cost was very fair (better than other agencies).

L'ambiente è freddo e poco curato così come il personale, dovrebbero renderlo più gradevole ma a parte quello anche abbassare i prezzi. Mi hanno chiesto 110€ per il rinnovo della patente, un furto visto che a pochi metri un'altra scuola guida mi ha chiesto 80€.
I had to renew my license and I entered for information ... The environment is cold and uncared for as well as the staff, should make it more pleasant but apart from that also lower prices. They asked me for € 110 for the renewal of my driving license, a theft since another driving school asked me for € 80 a few meters.

Hanno portato mio figlio passo dopo passo a prendere la patente e a me hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie al recupero dei punti della patente.
