I went to this office for the medical examination for the renewal of the license and for 2 changes of ownership. The staff is serious, polite and helpful. Quick solution. Highly recommended !!!

In entrambi i casi mi son trovato benissimo e mi hanno colpito la professionalità, competenza e simpatia della titolare dell'agenzia, Sabrina. Mandato pure suoceri e amici e tutti molto soddisfatti anche per semplice fatto che le tariffe sono indubbiamente più basse della concorrenza. Consiglio!
I went to SG RISORSE twice in the last year. The first for the medical examination for the renewal of the license and the second for the transfer of ownership of the motorcycle. In both cases I had a great time and I was impressed by the professionalism, competence and friendliness of the owner of the agency, Sabrina. Also sent in-laws and friends and all very satisfied even for the simple fact that the rates are undoubtedly lower than the competition. Advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli anni passati avevo avuto un paio di esperienze molto positive che stavolta, in occasione di una richiesa di patente internazionale, sono state disattese: non sono stato avvertito (2 i solleciti da me fatti) prima della mia partenza dell'arrivo del mio documento. Stamattina sono passato a saldare quano dovuto per un certificato che non mi serve più.
In past years I had had a couple of very positive experiences that this time, on the occasion of an international driving license application, were disregarded: I was not notified (2 reminders made by me) before my departure of the arrival of my document. This morning I went to pay the amount due for a certificate that I no longer need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia di pratiche auto moderna e soprattutto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente semplicemente chiamandoli. Gli orari indicati sono validi ma non hanno problemi a lavorare fino a tardi anche oltre gli orari. Inoltre sono aperte anche di SABATO, cosa rarissima in tutta la regione. Quante volte ho dovuto prendere ferie/permessi a causa di orari inflessibili per firmare documenti e atti.
Lo Staff è giovane e grazie a Dio è una benedizione in quanto ho fatto un passaggio di proprietà risparmiando sia tempo che denaro con possibilità di anticipare il tutto con Whatsapp.
Avendo provato tutte le agenzie auto di Trieste, in questa mi sono sentito come a casa con le due titolari simpatiche e soprattutto con tanta voglia di lavorare, piu' di tutte le altre agenzie messe insieme.
Non vedo l'ora che implementino il servizio di pagamenti bollo auto/moto e in futuro diventeranno il riferimento per i Triestini che continuano invece a perdere ore per file inutili da altre parti quando qui con un breve appuntamento si raggiunge l'obiettivo (parlo di Noghere dove ho perso giornate lavorative ad aspettare file infinite, uno sopra l'altro ammassati in pochi metri quadri).
Riassumendo: sono brave, veloci e su appuntamento, sono molto oneste (ho risparmiato su un mini passaggio di un 50cc!) e rimangono l'agenzia unica in Regione aperta di sabato mattina, almeno fino a Udine.

Unico neo il parcheggio in Via Giulia non sempre facile da trovare con auto ma ci sono delle scappatoie laterali.
Modern car practice agency and above all available to meet customer needs simply by calling them. The times indicated are valid but they have no problem working late even beyond the hours. They are also open on SATURDAY, which is very rare in the whole region. How many times have I had to take holidays / leave due to inflexible schedules to sign documents and deeds.
The Staff is young and thank God it is a blessing as I made a change of ownership saving both time and money with the possibility of anticipating everything with Whatsapp.
Having tried all the car agencies in Trieste, in this one I felt at home with the two nice owners and above all with a great desire to work, more than all the other agencies put together.
I can't wait for them to implement the car / motorcycle tax payment service and in the future they will become the reference for the Triestines who continue to waste hours on unnecessary queues elsewhere when here with a short appointment the goal is reached (I'm talking about Noghere where I lost working days waiting for endless lines, one on top of the other piled up in a few square meters).
In summary: they are good, fast and by appointment, they are very honest (I saved on a mini pass of a 50cc!) And they remain the only agency in the Region open on Saturday morning, at least up to Udine.

COSTS 10+ (saving on a standard pass of a moped where all taxes are practically a plus)
The only drawback is the parking in Via Giulia not always easy to find by car but there are side loopholes.
