Il giorno Domenica 10 Settembre 2017 è accaduto il seguente increscioso fatto ai miei danni. Mi sono recata (1 auto e 2 passeggeri) all'imbarco Moby a Portoferraio (quello di fronte alla Coop) dove vi è anche la biglietteria portuale. Ero in possesso di un biglietto già pagato per la tratta Portoferraio-Piombino e ho chiesto all'imbarco se fosse possibile anticipare la partenza (come ho già fatto molte altre volte senza mai riscontrare alcun problema) sulla nave in partenza alle 11,30. L'addetto all'imbarco - un cafone senza precedenti (dove lo selezionate il personale? Al carcere di Porto Azzurro??!!) - ha iniziato ad urlarmi contro dicendo di andarmene via perché i traghetti erano tutti pieni fino al pomeriggio. Allora sono andata a parcheggiare l'auto e mi sono recata alla biglietteria portuale per verificare se e quando vi fosse disponibilità per poter anticipare la partenza. L'addetto alla biglietteria mi stava dicendo che i traghetti erano completi fino al pomeriggio dopo le 15,00 e quindi mi ha suggerito di tornare a quell'ora per verificare se vi fosse possibilità di anticipare la mia partenza. Peccato che mentre mi stava dicendo questo, in mia presenza, stava anche emettendo biglietti per la corsa in partenza alle 12,30... Vedendo questo ho chiesto ancora una volta se fosse possibile imbarcare con il biglietto già pagato sulla nave Moby Niki in partenza dal molo 2 alle ore 12,30; l'addetto mi ha ribadito che non potevano anticiparmi la partenza perché era tutto pieno, compreso il traghetto delle 12,30, sebbene l'addetto stesso davanti ai miei occhi stesse emettendo ancora biglietti per quella corsa a persone arrivate in fila alla biglietteria anche dopo di me!!! Sconcertata decido di fare la seguente prova: richiedo al solito addetto l'emissione di un nuovo biglietto (1 auto e 2 passeggeri) per la suddetta nave delle 12,30 e questo, come fosse la cosa più normale del mondo, me lo fa!!!! (111 euri) E a quel punto gli addetti all'imbarco mi fanno salire sulla nave. Allora il posto c'era o non c'era??!! Da notare che di auto in fila per l'imbarco non ce n'era praticamente più nessuna, poiché coloro che avevano la prenotazione per le 12,30 erano già stati tutti imbarcati e il traghetto poteva contenere ancora diverse auto, quindi era palese che vi fosse ancora posto per far salire anche chi - come me - avesse avuto un biglietto già pagato per un orario diverso. Se non è una truffa questa!!! Un "plauso" particolare va al personale di biglietteria e agli addetti all'imbarco dei traghetti per la loro incompetenza, mala fede, maleducazione, cafonaggine, ignoranza. Ma non finisce qui!!! Arrivata a Piombino, mi reco alla biglietteria portuale per chiedere come poter fare per effettuare un reclamo, spiegando tutto l'accaduto. L'addetto alla biglietteria di Piombino mi dice che, addirittura, a Portoferraio non avrebbero potuto emettere biglietti per la corsa delle 12,30 perché dai terminali risultava una corsa già chiusa!!! A questo punto lo sconcerto si impossessa anche di lui... Naturalmente questa questione non finirà qui, mi sento di aver subito un "furto" e quindi prenderò le necessarie contromisure previste dalla legge. Di sicuro vi prometto che questa spiacevole storia farà il giro del web e vi garantisco che avete perso un cliente storico, visto che all'Elba ci vengo da decenni, più volte l'anno ed ho sempre viaggiato con voi. Fino al 10 Settembre 2017, data in cui su di voi ci metto la croce!
On Sunday 10 September 2017 the following unfortunate event happened to me. I went (1 car and 2 passengers) to the Moby boarding in Portoferraio (the one in front of the Coop) where there is also the port ticket office. I was in possession of a ticket already paid for the Portoferraio-Piombino route and I asked for boarding if it was possible to anticipate the departure (as I have done many times without ever experiencing any problems) on the ship leaving at 11.30. The boarding attendant - an unprecedented peasant (where do you select the staff? At Porto Azzurro prison ?? !!) - started yelling at me saying to leave because the ferries were all full until the afternoon. So I went to park the car and went to the port ticket office to check if and when there was availability to be able to anticipate the departure. The ticket clerk was telling me that the ferries were complete until the afternoon after 15.00 and then he suggested that I return at that time to check if there was any possibility of anticipating my departure. Too bad that while he was telling me this, in my presence, he was also issuing tickets for the race starting at 12.30 ... Seeing this I asked once again if it was possible to board with the ticket already paid on the Moby Niki ship departing from pier 2 at 12.30; the attendant reiterated that they could not anticipate my departure because it was all full, including the 12.30 ferry, although the attendant himself was still issuing tickets for that race to people who arrived in line at the ticket office even after of me!!! Baffled I decide to do the following test: I ask the usual employee to issue a new ticket (1 car and 2 passengers) for the aforementioned ship at 12.30 and this, as if it were the most normal thing in the world, does it to me !!!! (111 euros) And at that point the boarding attendants put me on the ship. So the place was there or wasn't there ?? !! It should be noted that there were practically none of the cars queuing for boarding, since those who had booked for 12.30 had already been boarded and the ferry could still contain several cars, so it was clear that there there was still room to pick up even those - like me - who had had a ticket already paid for at a different time. If this is not a scam !!! A special "applause" goes to the ticket office staff and to the ferry boarders for their incompetence, bad faith, rudeness, rudeness, ignorance. But it does not end here !!! When I arrived in Piombino, I went to the port ticket office to ask how I could go about making a complaint, explaining everything that had happened. The attendant at the Piombino ticket office tells me that, even, in Portoferraio they could not have issued tickets for the 12.30 race because from the terminals it was a race already closed !!! At this point the bewilderment takes hold of him too ... Of course, this question will not end here, I feel I have suffered a "theft" and therefore I will take the necessary countermeasures required by law. For sure I promise you that this unpleasant story will go around the web and I guarantee you that you have lost a historical customer, since I have been coming to Elba for decades, several times a year and I have always traveled with you. Until September 10, 2017, the date on which I put the cross on you!

Unglaublich schlecht!! Ich kann es immer noch nicht fassen! Bis jetzt hatten wir immer nur schlechte Erfahrungen mit Moby gemacht. Wir standen um 11 Uhr da und durften erst einmal 45 Minuten warten. Als dann endlich mal ein Einweiser kam, wurde uns gesagt, dass die nächste Fähre erst um 19:45 fährt, obwohl wir ein Ticket hatten. Wir haben den Einweiser dann für den Grund dafür gefragt, aber er war total unfreundlich und konnte uns auch keine Antwort geben. Etwas später gingen wir nochmal an den Hafen und dann hiess es, dass heute keine Fähre mehr fährt. Daraufhin gingen wir in den Ticketshop und da wurde uns wieder gesagt, wir sollen trotzdem nochmal warten. Wir sind also eigentlich denn ganzen Tag hin und her gerannt, um dann trotzdem nicht auf die Fähre zu können, obwohl wir ein Ticket hatten!!! Wir sind wahnsinnig enttäuscht von allen Mitarbeitern, denn bei so einer Situation wäre es wirklich schön, wenn es jemand hätte, der fähig ist zu kommunizieren.
Unbelievably bad!! I still can not believe it! Until now we had only had bad experiences with Moby. We stood there at 11 a.m. and were allowed to wait 45 minutes. When a guide finally came, we were told that the next ferry would not leave until 7.45pm, even though we had a ticket. We then asked the person in charge of the reason for this, but he was totally unfriendly and couldn't give us an answer. A little later we went to the port again and then it was said that there are no more ferries today. Then we went to the ticket shop and were told to wait again anyway. So we actually ran back and forth all day and still couldn't get on the ferry, even though we had a ticket !!! We are incredibly disappointed with all of the employees, because in such a situation it would be really nice if it had someone who is able to communicate.
