R	Riccardo Ciccarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di problematiche con Agenzia leasing ,ho avuto la fortuna di ' imbattermi' con La Sig.ra Federica e tutta la sua squadra che , con enorme impegno e sopratutto professionalità ha ' sbloccato' la mia situazione e provveduto al passaggio in 1 giorno ! Per quanto mi concerne sono ESTREMAMENTE SODDISFATTO ! Trovare una squadra così affidabile,professionale che capisce ed interviene sulle difficoltà di un cliente sembra ormai merce rara ................. GRAZIE ANCORA ! Anche i tempi tecnici sono stati complessivamente buoni. Peccato che abbiano rovinato tutto facendomi recapitare la nuova carta di circolazione ficcata nuda e cruda nella busta di plastica del corriere che ha provveduto a sua volta ad appallottolarla ben bene per farla entrare nella cassetta delle lettere. Risultato: mi è arrivata come un pezzo di carta straccia. Il tutto giusto per risparmiare su delle buste di cartoncino non pieghevole. Cosa non si fa per risparmiare due lire. Esperienza molto negativa, che purtroppo ho dovuto subire visto che non ho scelto io questa agenzia. Gli operatori rispondono in modo evasivo oppure danno delle certezze che non si verificano tali. Risultato finale , abbiamo già pagato il cedente del contratto e stiamo pagando le rate da gennaio, senza poter utilizzare l'automezzo con perdita di lavoro e guadagno. Ma un po di vergogna no? Voglio precisare che il mio giudizio stranegativo si riferisce ai tempi "tecnici" che ribadite nonostante la documentazione sia completa. Considerate che molta gente con i mezzi acquistati ci deve lavorare. g	gnulot srl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente incapaci di gestire le pratiche, nonostante richiesto per scritto la spedizione in altro luogo, spediscono in città diversa per poi dirti che devi scrivergli che vuoi la spedizione in altro luogo. Dietro ad una scrivania capaci solo di creare problemi e non trovare soluzioni, promettendo di occuparsene ma solo a parole! Inutile dire che i costi sono PROIBITIVI voltura di una vettura da 70kw al pra 390€ in agenzia 450€ da loro 600€!!! Legale tutto questo??? Non vado oltre perché potrei diventare offensivo, dovrebbero vergognarsi!!! Ho fatto il riscatto di un leasing BMW e, comunicata loro l'urgenza di avere un permesso di circolazione per poter ritirare subito l'auto per motivi di lavoro, me lo hanno rilasciato in giornata e dopo 10 giorni avevo la copia del libretto a casa (tra l'altro di nuova emissione) ricevuto in busta cartone protettivo e consegnato dal corriere Bartolini. Molto professionali. Grazie! Absolutely positive experience! Riscatto leasing fatto contemporaneamente per due modelli di Mercedes intestati alla stessa azienda. A uno dei quali si era richiesta priorità perchè doveva essere lasciato in permuta. Mandiamo documentazione e libretti di entrambe e dopo piu di tre settimane arriva il libretto dell'altra(quella senza priorità). Per l'auto per la quale abbiamo chiamato ogni giorno per mettere fretta mi richiedono di spedire nuovamente il libretto (che nel frattempo mi era stato rispedito indietro con un altro aggiornamento che nulla aveva a che fare col riscatto) e mi danno altre due settimane di attesa (se tutto va bene a loro detta). I tempi di attesa per un riscatto sono 2 o 3 settimane. Non un mese e mezzo. Intanto per colpa loro sto girando con un auto che è gia stata venduta e fatturata per la permuta, una concessionaria che giustamente mi mette pressione e un auto nuova ferma per la quale sto gia pagando un nuovo leasing. In the meantime, it is their fault that I am driving around with a car that has already been sold and billed for the exchange, a dealership that rightly puts pressure on me and a new stationary car for which I am already paying a new lease. It is unacceptable!
