trovo pero' che di questi tempi, le tariffe siano un po' troppo costose.
se purtroppo lo Stato non ci aiuta, spero che il Patronato Acli possa fare qualcosa proprio nello
"spirito cristiano" che si rappresenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato 2 volte, la mattina 32 minuti di attesa e, arrivata alla posizione 1 della lista di attesa, la voce registrata comunica che gli operatori sono tutti occupati e dice di richiamare più tardi e chiudono la chiamata. Riprovo al pomeriggio alle 14:30, mi trovo alla posizione 10 di attesa, finalmente alle 15:14 sono in posizione 1 e di nuovo la voce mi dice di richiamare!!! Comportamento inaccettabile per un servizio al cittadino!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina vista l'urgenza per problemi sul reddito di cittadinanza, sono due mesi che l'importo non viene accreditato, la direttrice delle poste mi dice che è responsabilità del patronato vado nella sede di Conegliano che ho sempre stimato ma già all'entrata chi è addetto alla reception parla prima di sapere e ascoltare, poi gentilmente mi fanno entrare ma subito me lo rinfacciano non ascoltano, hanno già la risposta interviene un impiegato Di nome Nicola che sta svolgendo altri lavori con una cliente spara la sua e quando rispondo mi dice che sta seguendo un altra persona, che intervieni a fare, poco disponibili ai problemi altrui, poco professionali partendo dal presupposto che è un servizio con finanziamenti pubblici per ciò a disposizione del cittadino. Arroganti e poco intelligenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur se residente in altra regione, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare il dott. Nicola per un problema riguardante un mio genitore residente in provincia di TV. Alla fine dell'incontro, grato per le chiare e dettagliate informazioni ricevute, sono stato ulteriormente beneficiato dalla cortesia del dottore che si è reso disponibile a verificare la mia condizione rispetto alla pensione (che da indicazioni del mio consulente di fiducia, avrei dovuto attendere ancora per diversi anni). Dalla immediata verifica condotta, invece, per un dettaglio da Lui riscontrato, secondo il dott. Nicola ero già in condizione di percepire la mia pensione. Tramite Lui ho presentato domanda all'INPS e tutte le Sue conclusioni si sono rivelate veritiere.
Ringrazio sentitamente ACLI che, nella figura del dott. Nicola, mi ha consentito di ottenere questo inaspettato ed importante risultato.
