Dovevamo vedere un appartamento e dopo aver aspettato mezz’ora abbiamo richiamato per l’ennessima volta e ci hanno detto che il responsabile con cui avevamo l’appuntamento (il signor Roberto) era andato addirittura con altri clienti a vedere lo stesso appartamento. VERGOGNOSI!! Totally incompetent people. We had to see an apartment and after waiting half an hour we called back for the umpteenth time and we were told that the manager with whom we had the appointment (Mr. Roberto) had even gone with other customers to see the same apartment. SHAME !!

Incompetenti maleducati. Shameful! They made us lose a day taken specifically for vacation. If you are looking for competent and respectful of other people's time, this is not the case. Allibito, forse mi sbagliavo ma credevo che le agenzie immobiliari vendessero immobili, non che se li volessero tenere per sé. I don't recommend. Contacted several times to visit a house, it seemed that they were trying to change my mind instead of convincing me and coming against me. Shocked, maybe I was wrong but I thought that real estate agencies were selling properties, not that they wanted to keep them to themselves.
S	Silvia Campanella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati, solo per aver chiesto di vedere un appartamento due volte (si tratta di case, non cassette di frutta!!), essere trattati male,apostrofati e per aver chiesto di discutere su quali mobili era possibile togliere (ad accordo praticamente concluso) sentirsi rispondere che eravamo lì per far perdere tempo dato che loro vendono ville... Venderete anche le ville ma non siete in grado di trattare la gente VERGOGNA!! Sig. Roberto se non sa trattare con le persone consideri la possibilità di lavorare in backoffice, di sicuro la sua agenzia ne gioverebbe. Prima di dire qualcosa si assicuri sia la verità altrimenti la querelo. Rude, just for asking to see an apartment twice (it is houses, not fruit crates !!), being treated badly, being addressed and asking to discuss which furniture could be removed (with a practically concluded agreement) to feel answer that we were there to waste time since they sell villas ... You will also sell the villas but you are not able to treat people SHAME !! Mr. Roberto, if you don't know how to deal with people, consider the possibility of working in the back office, for sure your agency would benefit from it. Before saying something, make sure it is the truth otherwise the lawsuit.

I was asked to transfer over 1000 Euros to their bank account without getting to see the contract beforehand or getting any written warranty for the transaction. When I asked to clarify the conditions of reimbursment and for a written warranty I got an disrespectful E-Mail in response which also didn't answer any of my questions. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful communication. Watch out!
