La settimana scorsa ho ricevuto un primo pacco e quando sono andata a ritirarlo verso le 16.00 era chiusa, ho fatto un giretto e fortunatamente dopo 15 minuti l'ho trovata aperta. Ovviamente facendo orario continuato (o almeno così dicono amazon e altri siti) ci sta che l'edicolante abbia voglia di fare una passeggiatina ed è andata bene così. Oggi mi reco alle 16.15 per ritirare un altro pacco e la trovo nuovamente chiusa: ho aspettato con un'altra signora fino alle 17.05 che l'edicolante tornasse. Ciò che più mi ha deluso e spinto a lasciare questa recensione è la totale maleducazione di quest'ultimo che non si è nemmeno scusato... era tranquillo, come se fosse normale fare aspettare i suoi clienti fuori dalla porta!!! Nei 50 minuti di attesa, sono passati diversi altri clienti che, trovatasi l'edicola chiusa, hanno detto che era normale per l'edicolante chiuderla e poi tornare quando gli garba. Avevo scelto questo punto di ritiro in quanto nella zona dove abito (zona stazione) c'è un unico amazon locker sempre pieno, per cui credevo che questa edicola potesse essere una buona via di mezzo.... invece non posso fare altro che sconsigliarla. Strongly advise against this shrine as a collection point amazon. Last week I received a first package and when I went to pick it up around 16:00 was closed, I had a walk and fortunately after 15 minutes I found open. Obviously doing open all day (or so they say amazon and other sites) that there is the newsagent who wants to take a little walk and it went so well. Today at 16.15 I go to pick up another package and find it closed again: I waited with another lady up at 17.05 to the newsagent's return. What disappointed me and pushed to leave this review is total rudeness of the latter did not even apologize ... was quiet, as if it was normal to wait for his clients out the door !!! In the 50 minutes of waiting, I passed several other customers, trovatasi the kiosk closed, they said it was normal for the newsagent close it and then come back when it likes. I chose this collection point because in the area where I live (station area) there is a unique amazon locker always full, so I thought that this shrine could be a good middle ground .... but I can not help but sconsigliarla .
