ho acquistato tramite asta equitalia dei locali deposito C/2, con trasferimento del bene con atto del tribunale.
i locali posti al piano terra del fabbricato con affaccio sulla strada hanno una altezza di cm 260.
il comune non mi rilascia il certificato di agibilità.
dal bando d'asta non sono stato informato della mancanza di agibilità dei locali.
dei tecnici mi avevano detto che quando si acquista dal tribunale il bene è sanato in tutto.
mi può delucidare in merito.
