★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vendita è stata veloce ma ho trovato gli impiegati poco professionali: le condizioni pattuite oralmente all'inizio della trattativa sono state poi modificate in corso d'opera. Si sono ricordati solo 2 giorni prima dell'atto di comunicarmi i documenti necessari, o meglio mi erano stati comunicati tempestivamente solo quelli da richiedere a pagamento ad alcuni loro "collaboratori". Quando ci si affida a dei professionisti (o forse è proprio questo il problema..) ci si aspetterebbe un altro tipo di collaborazione.
The sale was quick but I found the employees unprofessional: the conditions agreed orally at the beginning of the negotiation were then changed during the construction. They remembered only 2 days before the act of communicating the necessary documents to me, or rather they had been promptly communicated only those to be requested for payment to some of their "collaborators". When you rely on professionals (or maybe that's the problem ..) you would expect another type of collaboration.
