Mi viene a citofonare un ragazzo di Tempocasa di Benedetto Marcello dicendo che aveva in agenzia un cliente interessato per il mio taglio, esasperato ascolto e decido di dargli l'opportunità di portarmi l'acquirente , ho chiuso la trattativa secondo la mia idea di realizzo e questi ragazzi hanno acquistato tutta la mia fiducia, nella Zona Savena sono i migliori per il loro lavoro cosi preciso e capillare. In particolare un complimento sincero a Davide il titolare e soprattutto ad Andrea un ragazzo giovane brillante e soprattutto professionale, puntuale, educato, sono rimasta notevolmente colpita da questa squadra di giovani liberi professionisti, appassionati e con tanta voglia di svolgere al meglio il loro lavoro. Quindi, dopo aver pagato la loro parte, potreste ritrovarvi con grossi problemi e con la necessità di un avvocato. Non vi aiuteranno minimamente a risolvere i problemi . Abbiamo dovuto cercare in autonomia gli atti catastali e abbiamo dovuto reperire autonomamente il contatto del venditore della casa. Consiglio: pensateci 1000 volte prima di dargli l'acconto che chiederanno con insistenza. Dopo la risposta, aggiungo anche che se dopo le loro "numerose perizie" non trovano un atto di donazione e un mancato aggiornamento catastale, rimango ancora più interdetto. Be very careful.
