★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo ammetto. Non avevo una buona sensazione della Tempo Casa perché in passato li avevo visti molto aggressivi commercialmente.
Mi sono dovuto ricredere al 100%.
Ho trovato dei professionisti che mi hanno veramente seguito in tutte le fasi della vendita del mio appartamento.
Mi hanno aggiornato su ogni passaggio e abbiamo ragionato assieme sulla strategia di vendita e scelta del prezzo alla luce delle varie proposte che arrivavano.
Non ultimo mi hanno seguito per tutto ciò che ha riguardato la parte burocratica (trovando loro per me geometra per RT e APE) fino alla consegna delle chiavi davanti al notaio.
È difficile che scriva una recensione on line ma questi ragazzi se la meritano proprio.
I admit. I didn't have a good feel of the Tempo Casa because I had seen them very aggressive commercially in the past.
I had to change my mind 100%.
I have found professionals who have truly followed me in all phases of the sale of my apartment.
They updated me on each step and we thought together about the sales strategy and price choice in light of the various proposals that arrived.
Last but not least, they followed me for everything that concerned the bureaucratic part (finding them for me a surveyor for RT and APE) until the delivery of the keys in front of the notary.
It's hard for me to write a review online but these guys really deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mesi e mesi di estenuanti ricerche e tantissime esperienze con varie agenzie immobiliari ho avuto la fortuna di interagire con tempocasa di via murri.Senza togliere nulla a nessuno io credo che oltre a vendere immobili loro dovrebbero formare sia a livello didattico che pratico le altre agenzie su tutto il territorio di Bologna.È così che si lavora!Qualsiasi sia il vostro grado di preparazione in tema di immobili (il mio era zero) loro sapranno essere sempre esaustivi e capiranno perfettamente le vostre esigenze.Vi seguiranno dalla A alla Z dividendosi i compiti in equipe ed il tutto in modo onesto e trasparente.Comprare un immobile non è come comprare patatine ma loro riescono a dare tranquillità in ogni fase della compravendita.Raccomando Daniel e Michell,ma in particolare io ho interagito con Thomas che mi ha seguito addirittura anche in fase post acquisto per limare le ultime cose nemmeno più relative alla vendita.Quale altra agenzia lo farebbe ? Peccato solo non poter dare 6 stelle perché di 5 stelle ce ne sono tante e la loro agenzia è superiore a tutte le altre
After months and months of exhausting research and many experiences with various real estate agencies, I was lucky enough to interact with tempocasa in via murri.Without taking anything away from anyone, I believe that in addition to selling properties they should train other agencies both at an educational and practical level. all over the Bologna area. teamwork and all in an honest and transparent way.Buying a property is not like buying chips but they are able to give peace of mind at every stage of the sale.I recommend Daniel and Michell, but in particular I interacted with Thomas who even followed me even in the post-purchase phase to file the last things even more related to the sale. What other agency would do it? It's just a pity not to be able to give 6 stars because there are so many 5 stars and their agency is superior to all the others
