Abbiamo preso appuntamento per vedere una casa in vendita.Appena siamo entrati ci hanno fatto parlare con il responsabile mutui senza che non glielo chiedessimo. CI hanno denigrato e fatto sentire meno perché non potevamo permetterci quella casa, chiedendoci buste paga e contratti (uno non può interessarsi solo o deve per forza comprare?). Solo dopo questo incontro abbiamo visto un video della casa che per motivi di Covid non si poteva visitare. Non c’era bisogno di dover parlare di soldi, prestiti e mutui perché la casa era più brutta di quanto credevo e non mi interessava. Suggerisco prima di far visitare la casa possibilmente dal vivo, e poi SE interessati di parlare di soldi, NON IL CONTRARIO!!! Bad agency. They denigrated us and made us feel less because we could not afford that house, asking us for paychecks and contracts (one cannot be interested alone or must necessarily buy?). Only after this meeting did we see a video of the house that could not be visited due to Covid reasons. There was no need to talk about money, loans and mortgages because the house was uglier than I thought and I didn't care. I suggest first to visit the house if possible live, and then IF interested in talking about money, NOT THE OPPOSITE !!!
