Non ho avuto nessuna spiacevole sorpesa in seguito, quindi ottima esperienza.
 I rented the house through the agency, they were very kind and quick with the "bureaucracy".

I miei genitori hanno comprato casa da lui ed ha saputo consigliarli benissimo, senza lasciarli mai un attimo da soli e guardando il loro bene, non il proprio. A pelle, la prima impressione è quella che conta, quindi ci siamo fidati subito, e ne siamo felicissimi. Anche dopo il nostro acquisto ha continuato a parlare con noi ed abbiamo stretto un'ottima conoscenza.
Non è mai stato pressante, come purtroppo ci è capitato altrove, ma, anzi, veramente rispettoso dei tempi dei miei genitori.
Excellent work of all the Gabetti staff. The owner, Mr. Giannella is truly a golden person. My parents bought a house from him and he was able to advise them very well, never leaving them alone for a moment and looking at their good, not his own. On the skin, the first impression is what counts, so we trusted immediately, and we are delighted. Even after our purchase he continued to talk to us and we made a great acquaintance.
It has never been urgent, as unfortunately it has happened to us elsewhere, but, indeed, truly respectful of my parents' times.

Ho chiamato per un appuntamento per la settimana successiva, mai avuto notizie, quindi ho richiamato e mi e' stato detto che sarei ricontattato in quanto non sono riusciti ad organizzare (dopo una settimana...), ma non hanno richiamato, ne fatto sapere. Zero rispetto per il tempo altrui. Se trattano cosi i clienti, pensate quanto gliene freghi delle case che vendono o affittano.
Waste of time and lack of professionalism. I called for an appointment for the following week, never had any news, so I called back and was told that I would be contacted as they could not arrange (after a week ...), but they did not call back, nor did they know . Zero respect for the time of others. If they treat customers like this, think how much they care about the houses they sell or rent.
