Tuttavia, per far vedere la casa a questa coppia americana, sono dovuta necessariamente ricorrere ad un parente che conoscesse la lingua inglese, in quanto l’agenzia, pur definendosi internazionale, non aveva nessuno tra gli agenti con una benché minima conoscenza delle basi della lingua inglese. Dopo questo episodio, si è andati avanti con la trattativa, ma tutto è iniziato lentamente a precipitare: l’agenzia è stata carente sia per quanto riguarda la comunicazione che per tutto il resto. Da qui sono iniziate a venir fuori l’arroganza e la cattiva educazione nei nostri confronti in qualità di venditori, l’incompetenza nell’iter procedurale e delle basi di diritto, e soprattutto la mancata assistenza fino all’atto notarile, come da obbligo del contratto in esclusiva. Infatti, dopo aver incassato la percentuale dopo la firma del compromesso, l’agenzia non si è fatta più sentire, tutti gli adempimenti consequenziali ai fini dell’atto notarile sono stati portati avanti dalle parti senza l’agenzia, la quale, infatti, non si è minimamente preoccupata né interessata di quando ci sarebbe stato il rogito dal notaio.
