Ho conosciuto Salvatore Meneghello dopo varie vicissitudini che mi avevano davvero portato alla conclusione di dover rinunciare all’idea di comprare casa. Per anni ho avuto a che fare con agenzie che non mi davano le giuste informazioni, che non sapevano come muoversi, che non mi davano un quadro corretto dei costi da affrontare etc; il tutto comportava spiacevoli sorprese e spesso problemi insormontabili anche in corso di trattativa con spreco di energie e tempo.
Alla fine ho conosciuto Salvatore Meneghello che oltre ad essere gentile e disponibile è un professionista ECCEZIONALE che conosce la materia in ogni sfaccettatura ( e non è cosa da dare per scontato!) e che mi ha guidato con sapienza verso il traguardo spiegandomi tutto con chiarezza e facendomi vivere l’acquisto senza ansie e preoccupazioni. Pertanto lo consiglio senza dubbio.
Mine was a fantastic experience. I met Salvatore Meneghello after various vicissitudes that had really led me to the conclusion that I had to give up the idea of buying a house. For years I have had to deal with agencies that did not give me the right information, that did not know how to move, that did not give me a correct picture of the costs to be faced etc; all this involved unpleasant surprises and often insurmountable problems even during negotiations with a waste of energy and time.
In the end I met Salvatore Meneghello who in addition to being kind and helpful is an EXCEPTIONAL professional who knows the subject in every facet (and it is not something to be taken for granted!) And who guided me wisely to the finish line explaining everything clearly and making me experience the purchase without anxieties and worries. Therefore I recommend it without a doubt.
