Invece chiedevo di vedere alcune case e mi veniva suggerito di non vedere case superiori al budget (se io devo comprare devo rendermi conto di quello che voglio e tu agenzia non vuoi perdere il tuo tempo??..non devo comprare una maglietta) ..ci piace questa casa andiamo per la proposta ma ci viene imposta dall'agenzia l offerta da fare..(si fa offerta libera e la parte venditrice può non accettare_ma misa che qui l agenzia non voleva perdere tempo).dato acconto, atto dopo 6 mesi nel frattempo si chiede di vedere la casa ma l agenzia più volte mi dice che i proprietari non sono disposti a farla vedere, è possibile che nn ho il diritto di vedere la casa che sto comprando?..dunque un agenzia che nn si dedica alle esigenze del cliente, è il cliente che si deve adeguare se vuole la casa..preciso che nn scendo nei vivi particolari della vicenda,che ci sarebbe molto di più da dire..ma dopo pochi mesi scopro dai vicibi che la casa sarebbe andata all'asta..ecco dunque il motivo di tanta fretta suppongo.. (a free offer is made and the selling party may not accept_but the agency did not want to waste time here). months in the meantime he asks to see the house but the agency tells me several times that the owners are not willing to show it, is it possible that I don't have the right to see the house I'm buying? .. therefore an agency that is not dedicated to the needs of the customer, it is the customer who must adapt if he wants the house .. I specify that I don't go into the vivid details of the story, that there would be much more to say .. but after a few months I discover from the vicissitudes that the house would have gone auction .. here is the reason for such a hurry I presume..
