Se un cliente arriva ponendovi la domanda quale sarebbe il costo delle stesse analisi senza prescrizione del medico, o si risponde facendo vedere il proprio tariffario (visto che sul sito non c'è) o se in quel momento si è impegnati si dice al cliente che magari può chiamare in un altro momento, invece di rispondere con atteggiamento saccente "sicuramente sarà di più", peraltro cosa non vera visto che c'è il costo della ricetta e comunque anche fosse di più magari piuttosto che fare la fila del medico per la prescrizione si può accettare il maggiore pagamento se ragionevole. Allo stesso modo se chiedo delle analisi e la prenotazione mi viene data molto in la nel tempo, avrò pure il diritto di ripensarci e di dire voglio provare in un altro laboratorio, non c'è bisogno di rispondere al cliente a mò di minaccia "Ah ma se altrove non trova niente e ritorna da noi, andiamo a finire all'anno nuovo". E ancora se arriva un anziano signore e non ha capito che parte delle analisi che vi richiede sono sulle urine, non c'è bisogno di ridergli in faccia ponendogli il contenitore, basta semplicemente spiegarli il tutto. And again, if an elderly gentleman arrives and has not understood that part of the analysis he requires of you is on the urine, there is no need to laugh at him by placing the container, just explain everything to him.
