Ho acquistato e venduto più immobili con questo studio immobiliare ed ogni volta e' andato tutto alla perfezione. Non posso quindi che consigliarla.
Agency in the historic center of Sirmione, managed with professionalism by the owners, always ready to meet the needs of us customers. I bought and sold more properties with this real estate studio and every time everything went perfectly. So I can only recommend it.

Personalmente mi sono rivolta a loro per rilevare un negozio: sotterfugi con il venditore, e al momento di risolvere i problemi che essi stessi hanno creato se ne sono lavati le mani.
Assolutamente scarsissima professionalità con l'unica fortuna di trovarsi in centro storico.
P.s. Sono solo 3 le categorie con cui sono "arrabbiata":
- gli incompetenti
- i maleducati
- quelli che tentano di fregarti ed in più vengono pagati.
Inoltre (PAROLE DELLA FIAIP BRESCIA) l'agente immobiliare, oltre al ruolo di intermediazione, ha il DOVERE di controllare la documentazione: che sia contratto d'affitto, fatture e le DATE di queste, data la provvigione che riceve!!!

P.Š. There are only 3 categories with which I am "angry":
- the incompetent
- the rude
- those who try to rip you off and get paid.
In addition (WORDS OF FIAIP BRESCIA) the real estate agent, in addition to the role of brokerage, has the DUTY to check the documentation: that it is the lease, invoices and the DATES of these, given the commission that it receives !!!
