★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando la foga di chiudere affari limita la professionalità,l'affidabilità e la serietà. Avere a che fare direttamente con il titolare, fissare un appuntamento per una proposta di acquisto e ricevere un WhatsApp 3ore dopo nel quale comunicava che nel frattempo un suo collaboratore aveva fatto sottoscrivere una proposta ad un altro cliente e ci rimandava a 3gg dopo per immobile bloccato!! (Giusificandosi peraltro "scaricando le colpe" sul collaboratore!!) Telefonate promesse di aggiornamento sulla questione, mai ricevute. Insomma...dei veri professionisti!
When the eagerness to close business limits professionalism, reliability and seriousness. To deal directly with the owner, make an appointment for a purchase proposal and receive a 3 hour WhatsApp after which he communicated that in the meantime one of his collaborators had signed a proposal to another customer and sent us back to 3 days later for a blocked property. !! (On the other hand, he justified himself by "downloading the blame" on the collaborator !!) Phone calls promises to update on the matter, never received. In short ... true professionals!
