R	RR RR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nell'agosto 2015 abbiamo preso in affitto per le vacanze un appartamento zona pratoranieri rif: pratod1 o prato01 non ricordo ,ora hanno tolto dal sito le foto dell'interno e fanno vedere solo l'esterno ,l'anno scorso noi vedemmo le foto di un bell'appartamento con giardino,ma ci siamo trovati ( dopo aver pagato tutto in agenzia prima di vederlo) un appartamento sporco e fatiscente : 1° il giardino senza erba con una montagna di sporcizia ,aghi pi pino e mozziconi di sigaretta e lucchetto del cancello rotto. 2° pavimenti e cassetti sporchi .3° materassi dei letti sfondati.4° cucina( con bombola ) vecchia e incrostata , la stoviglieria vecchia malandata e poca. 5° il bagno con doccia senza piatto a terra e nemmeno un tappetino ,in pratica quando facevi la doccia si allagava completamente e se non mettevi un asciugamano dietro la porta l'acqua allagava anche il soggiorno.6° il tavolo da pranzo quadrato per 4 persone anche se eravamo in 5 inoltre rotto e malamente inchiodato. 7° tavolo del giardino vecchio e rotto con annesse sedie rotte 2 su 4. 8° tapparella pericolosa con viti sporgenti al posto dei gommini. L'unica cosa vera è che è veramente vicino al mare , ma i posti auto non sono per niente garantiti e tanti auguri per trovare un posteggio,per fare la spesa il conad è a due kilometri mentre un market più piccolo, ma più vicino è nettamente più caro. Detto questo occhio a le foto che vedete a volte non corrispondo al vero ,io cosiglio di pagare dopo aver visto l'appartamento. in august 2015 we rented a pratoranieri area apartment for the holidays ref: pratod1 or prato01 I don't remember, now they have removed the photos of the interior from the site and only show the exterior, last year we saw the photos of a nice apartment with a garden, but we found ourselves (after paying everything in the agency before seeing it) a dirty and dilapidated apartment: 1st the garden without grass with a mountain of dirt, more pine needles and cigarette butts and padlock broken gate. 2nd floors and dirty drawers. 3rd mattresses of smashed beds.4th kitchen (with cylinder) old and encrusted, old shabby crockery and little. 5th bathroom with shower without a plate on the ground and not even a mat, basically when you took a shower you flooded completely and if you didn't put a towel behind the door the water even flooded the living room.6 ° the square dining table for 4 people even though we were in 5 also broke and badly nailed. 7th old and broken garden table with broken chairs attached 2 on 4. 8th dangerous roller shutter with protruding screws instead of rubber pads. The only real thing is that it is really close to the sea, but the parking spaces are not guaranteed at all and many wishes for finding a parking space, to do the shopping the conad is two kilometers away while a smaller but closer market is significantly more expensive. Having said that the photos you see sometimes do not correspond to the truth, I advise you to pay after seeing the apartment.
t	tommy 09 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di questa agenzia per le nostre ultime vacanze e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sin dalla prima richiesta di informazioni arrivate subito e molto dettagliate, la casa era esattamente come riportato nelle foto mobilio un po' datato sinceramente (come pure bagno e cucina) ma tutto pulito, in ordine e funzionante.Casa grande e confortevole con una straordinaria vista mare dal terrazzino al sole solo al mattino, eravamo in 4 ma c'erano praticamente 6 posti letto comodissimi, casa sprovvista di aria condizionata (nostra grande preoccupazione) ma essendo all'ottavo piano molto ventilata e zero zanzare!!!Tornando all'agenzia sono state gentili e disponibili al nostro arrivo, ci hanno accompagnato all'appartamento e ci hanno spiegato tutto cio' che c'era da spiegare, al termine del nostro soggiorno sono venute personalmente a ritirare le chiavi e hanno controllato stanza per stanza che tutto fosse ok, sinceramente non mi era mai capitato. Se tornero' a Follonica (che personalmente adoro) mi rivolgero' sicuramente a loro! We used the services of this agency for our last holidays and we were very happy, since the first request for information arrived immediately and very detailed, the house was exactly as shown in the photos, furniture a bit dated genuinely (as well as bathroom and kitchen) but all clean, tidy and functioning Large and comfortable house with an extraordinary sea view from the terrace in the sun only in the morning, there were 4 of us but there were practically 6 comfortable beds, house without air conditioning (our great concern ) but being on the eighth floor very ventilated and zero mosquitoes !!! Returning to the agency they were kind and helpful upon our arrival, they accompanied us to the apartment and explained everything there was to explain at the end of our stay they personally came to collect the keys and checked room by room that everything was ok, honestly it had never happened to me. If I return to Follonica (which I personally love) I will definitely contact them!
