Molti dei loro appartamenti sono in ottime posizioni rispetto al centro e ben tenuti. Le addette parlano tutte almeno due lingue straniere. Quest'anno ci hanno dato anche un utile borsa da spiaggia in omaggio.
Well done website that allows quick and easy online booking with availability check. Many of their apartments are well located in the city center and well maintained. The staff all speak at least two foreign languages. This year they also gave us a useful complimentary beach bag.

Appartamento sporco, vecchio mal tenuto. Tralasciamo sul vecchio che per un appartamento vacanza può essere sopportato ma le condizioni da campo di battaglia con macchie di zanzare su tutto l'appartamento, sporcizia lasciati da ospiti precedenti (o piu ospiti precedenti).
Lavello con rubinetto rotto, presa fornelli rotta attaccata con un po di colla, battiscopa staccati con chiodi in vista, sedie di plastica marce in giardino. Direi condizioni ideali per bambini piccoli per farsi male.
Di buono solo la posizione.
Non la raccomanderei a nessuno.
Segnalati i problemi nessuna scusa.

Dirty apartment, old poorly maintained. We omit on the old that for a holiday apartment can be endured but the battlefield conditions with mosquito stains all over the apartment, dirt left by previous guests (or more previous guests).
Sink with broken tap, broken cooker socket attached with a little glue, loose skirting with exposed nails, rotten plastic chairs in the garden. I would say ideal conditions for small children to hurt themselves.
Only good location.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
Reported problems no excuse.

Impeccable professionalism. They waited for us overtime despite the delay. Clean and comfortable apartment near the beach with air conditioning. Small needs emerged during the stay, always promptly resolved even those not strictly related to the house. Real professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento Villa Nadia, nonostante non si è a casa propria penso sia impossibile trovare tutti i confort, ma ci siamo trovati davvero male in questo appartamento! Partiamo dall invasione delle formiche, lavatrice maleodorante e che mi ha rovinato alcune magliette, box doccia arrugginito e piccolissimo. Sull’ annuncio non vi era stato specificato il divieto di animali, dove oramai è scritto esplicitamente ovunque, ho dovuto rimandare il cagnolino di piccola taglia a casa poiché mi è stato contestato!! Vi era segnalato un ampio terrazzo dove abbiamo trovato invece un semplice balcone, con un pavimento sporco da cera di candela e avendo dei bimbi piccoli con una casa piccola e stata dura,(diciamo che è stato il motivo della nostra scelta dell appartamento ). Nell ascensore c‘era il divieto dei passeggini e non mi era stato in alcun modo evidenziato, creandomi disagi a dover portare il tutto al terzo piano per non aver discussioni con i condomini! Delusione assoluta
Apartment Villa Nadia, despite not being at home I think it is impossible to find all the comforts, but we found ourselves really bad in this apartment! Let's start with the invasion of ants, a smelly washing machine that ruined some T-shirts, a rusty and very small shower cubicle. The announcement did not specify the ban on animals, where it is now explicitly written everywhere, I had to send the small dog back home because I was challenged !! There was a large terrace where we found instead a simple balcony, with a floor soiled by candle wax and having small children with a small house and it was hard, (let's say that was the reason for our choice of the apartment). In the lift there was a ban on strollers and it was not pointed out to me in any way, creating inconvenience to having to take everything to the third floor for not having discussions with the condominiums! Absolute disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely disorganized check in. They gave me an appointment to check in at 16.30hrs and I had to wait for more than 35 min. No system to manage the clients lining up outside the shop and standing... with the sun hitting in their heads. Unpolite and unfriendly staff. Horrible experience so far.
