★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso fare 5 stelle solo perché ancora non ho acquistato casa con loro ma meritano 4 perché hanno un'offerta molto molto valida, immobili di qualità. Quando ho contattato l'agenzia per un immobile, la signora conosceva bene i dettagli, e anche se di sabato sera si è mossa immediatamente e di è resa subito disponibile. Signora brava, competente, disponibile. Mi è piaciuta. Apprezzo i pochi agenti umani e professionali. Se acquisteremo casa con loro sicuramente migliorerò la valutazione.
 I can't give 5 stars just because I haven't bought a house with them yet but they deserve 4 because they have a very very good offer, quality properties. When I contacted the agency for a property, the lady knew the details well, and even though on a Saturday evening she moved immediately and was made available immediately. Good lady, competent, available. I liked it. I appreciate the few human and professional agents. If we buy a house with them, I will certainly improve the evaluation.

Acquamarina is a very reputable and organized Agency and we felt completely at ease we were in great hands, especially being foreigners buying in Italy. Nina, out agent, was fantastic. Her English is excellent, she is very patient and did not pressure us at all. She listened to what was important and found several properties to visit. She is perceptive and knowledgable, helping us not only with our property search, but facilitated negotiations and coordinated the closing of the property. Nina went the extra mile helping with many areas beyond her job responsibilities and made our transaction pleasant and without issues. My husband and I highly recommend Acquamarina International Home Agency and if you are lucky enough to have Nina as your agent you can't go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matteo and Corrado from Aquamarina Real Estate were my agents/points of contact for buying a villa in Sanremo in Dec 2021. Throughout the entire period from the first showing until conclusion of the sale and beyond both really convinced me professionally as well as personally. They know the local laws and regulations, and they have a very good understanding of building issues and how to handle them. Their responses to our questions were quick, honest and always accurate. I felt in very good hands and this trust in them was the essential factor for me since I knew that the issues with the villa and the regulations could be handled, even for a person who is buying first time in Italy. Overall, I strongly recommend both Matteo and Corrado to any future buyers.
