★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito la scorsa settimana ha visto un appartamento in affitto a Vallecrosia con questa agenzia, premetto che lo abbiamo trovato da soli ma dovevamo comunque passare per agenzia.
L" appartamento andava bene, si trova in via romana 11 a Vallecrosia .
Al momento di concludere il tipo tira fuori la storia che l'appartamento lo ha promesso a suo suocero e quindi non se ne faceva niente.
Siamo buoni pagatori che non lasciano debiti in giro.
Mio marito lo ha visto per primo e non ha contestato nessuna delle condizioni ma non ci ha proposto lo stesso come inquilini alla proprietariia.
Ormai ha deciso lui per tutti. Questa non è serietà. Giacca e cravatta non fanno diventare né seri ne professionali.
My husband last week saw an apartment for rent in Vallecrosia with this agency, I state that we found him alone but we still had to go through an agency.
The apartment was fine, it is located in Via Romana 11 in Vallecrosia.
At the time of concluding the guy pulls out the story that the apartment promised his father-in-law and therefore he didn't do anything about it.
We are good payers who leave no debt around.
My husband saw it first and did not dispute any of the conditions but he did not offer us the same as tenants to the owner.
He has now decided for everyone. This is not seriousness. Jacket and tie do not make you serious either.

Da subito era svogliato, non ha nemmeno citofonato, poi era veramente disinteressato alla vendita della mia casa. Alla fine se ne e' andato ridendo, dopo che gli ho detto che avrei scelto un'altra agenzia. Un gran fannullone, insomma. Servizio pessimo, persone inadatte e impreparate, niente a che vedere con altri punti tecnocasa da me conosciuti. Rivolgetevi altrove, e' il mio suggerimento
A guy came to see my house after I phoned and made an appointment. He was immediately listless, he didn't even intercom, then he was really uninterested in selling my house. Eventually he walked away laughing after I told him I was going to choose another agency. A great slacker, in short. Bad service, unsuitable and unprepared people, nothing to do with other technocasa points known to me. Look elsewhere, that's my suggestion
