Nonostante varie complicazioni, poiché risiedo all'estero , le Signore dell'agenzia mi hanno aiutato con molto garbo e attenzione cercando il giusto equilibrio tra le mie aspettative, quelle dell'acquirente e le valutazionidi mercato.
Si sono prodigate ben oltre le competenze per tutte le pratiche previste per legge e per quelle burocratiche, dalla proposta d'acquisto sino al giorno del rogito. Indispensabile la loro presenza dalle sedi della banca a quella de notaio stipulante.
Difficile aggiungere altro se non consigliare L'agenzia immobiliare MINERVA di Anzio.
