★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe bello non avere mai bisogno di affidarsi a un'agenzia funebre ma la realtà è che prima o poi arriverà quel momento.
E quando arriva hai la testa in "tilt", sei distrutto dal dolore e purtroppo ci sono mille cose da pensare, burocrazia, organizzazione.
Noi ci siamo affidati a Croce. La parola "affidare" contiene il concetto di "fiducia". In quei momenti hai un grande bisogno di avere al tuo fianco qualcuno di cui fidarsi. Che si occupi e preoccupi di tutte le questioni burocratiche, che ti sappia consigliare le scelte giuste.
Ma non solo. Lo staff dell'Agenzia Croce oltre ad essere estremamente professionale, veloce, preciso è anche umano. Riesce a guidarti nell'organizzazione del funerale con supporto morale, con serietà, ma anche con una leggerezza e magari quella battuta scherzosa al momento giusto che riesce a strapparti un sorriso.
Tutta la mia famiglia è stata estremamente soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto. Anche quei particolari come, ad esempio, prendere i nomi di tutti coloro che hanno portato i fiori per poi ringraziarli successivamente. E altre sfumature a cui, in quello stato, non penseresti mai. Ma loro sono lì, accanto a te e tu ti senti più tranquillo, e puoi concentrare la tua attenzione sull'unica cosa importante: salutare la persona cara.
Ringrazio Stefania, Davide (gli altri nomi ora non li ricordo) ma voglio veramente ringraziare tutti, siete stati fantastici. A chi legge questa recensione perché dovete magari voi stessi scegliere un'agenzia non posso che consigliarvi questa.

But not only. In addition to being extremely professional, fast and accurate, the staff of the Croce Agency are also human. He manages to guide you in organizing the funeral with moral support, with seriousness, but also with a lightness and maybe that joke at the right moment that manages to snatch a smile.
My whole family was extremely satisfied with the service they received. Even those details such as, for example, taking the names of all those who brought the flowers and then thanking them later. And other nuances that, in that state, you would never think of. But they are there, next to you and you feel calmer, and you can focus your attention on the only important thing: greeting your loved one.
I thank Stefania, Davide (I don't remember the other names now) but I really want to thank everyone, you were fantastic. To those who read this review because you may have to choose an agency yourself, I can only recommend this one.
