★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a sviluppare 3 rullini dando 15 euro in anticipo per lo sviluppo...dentro non era venuta nessuna foto e volevano ancora 3 euro...indignato anche perche' possono aver loro svagliato procedimento...apro anche io un negozio di foto poi faccio prendere la luce e dico che nn sono venute a woila' 6 euro a rullino cosi' presi alla faccia vostra
 I led to develop 3 rolls giving 15 euros in advance for the development ... inside there was no photo and they still wanted 3 euros ... indignant also because they may have mistaken their procedure ... I also open a photo shop then I take the light and say that nn came to woila '6 euro per roll so' taken in your face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Per una cornice nera lucida semplice aspettato un mese ed alla consegna neanche messo il gancetto per appendere alla parete. E per un prezzo non in offerta.
Negative experience. For a simple glossy black frame waited a month and on delivery not even put the hook to hang on the wall. And for a price not on offer.

Small, almost historic photography shop. Many types of printing, friendly and fast staff. Prices perhaps a bit high. However I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato 2 immagini da scannerizzare e mettere in chiavetta. 26 €. Non sono esperta di queste cose ma mi è sembrato eccessivo. Per capire quali fossero i parametri di mercato, chiamo Utilgraph e chiedo un preventivo per lo stesso identico lavoro, stesse misure, mi dicono 13 €. La metà. Non 1/2 euro in meno, proprio la metà. Lo faccio presente a foto Mauro chiedendo come mai e la risposta è "noi abbiamo i prezzi più alti".
Fine. Mi hanno messo nella busta anche il loro volantino, che è finito direttamente nella spazzatura.
I brought 2 images to be scanned and put on a stick. € 26. I am not an expert on these things but it seemed excessive to me. To understand what the market parameters were, I call Utilgraph and ask for a quote for the exact same job, same measures, they tell me € 13. The goal. Not 1/2 euro less, just half. I show this in Mauro's photo asking why and the answer is "we have the highest prices".
End. They also put their flyer in the envelope, which went straight to the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro per fare un semplice scan di un documento, vengo trattato come se stessi dando fastidio, ci mettono 15 minuti, spediscono i miei documenti privati ad un indirizzo sbagliato e per di più mi chiedono cinque euro per un lavoro che in ogni altro negozio costa 20 cent. Nient'altro da aggiungere.
I go in to do a simple scan of a document, I am treated as if I am annoying, it takes 15 minutes, they send my private documents to the wrong address and on top of that they ask me five euros for a job that costs 20 in every other shop. cent. Nothing else to add.
