★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente non è il posto più bello e più gradito del mondo da recensire?. Un palazzone enorme, comunque nuovo. Il personale è gentile e preparato per il resto le indicazioni per gli uffici non sono chiare e vanno sicuramente migliorate. Non ci dovrebbero esser barriere architettoniche anche se io ho fatto delle gran scale, ma forse è perché è la prima volta che ci vengo e non so bene le strade.
 It's definitely not the coolest and most liked place in the world to review?. A huge building, however new. The staff is polite and prepared for the rest, the directions for the offices are not clear and certainly need to be improved. There should be no architectural barriers even if I have climbed large stairs, but perhaps it is because it is the first time that I have come and I do not know the roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile mettere un contatto telefonico se non funziona e nessuno risponde, avete almeno la grazia di non mettere in attesa eterna la gente che spreca tempo a telefonarvi. Totalmente in sintonia con buona parte delle cose di questo paese! 5 giorni consecutivi , circa 10 tentativi al giorno di telefonate ....."nessun operatore al momento è disponibile" , ma esiste un operatore?!
It is useless to make a telephone contact if it does not work and nobody answers, you have at least the grace not to put people who waste time on calling you forever. Totally in tune with most of the things in this country! 5 consecutive days, about 10 attempts per day of phone calls ..... "no operator is currently available", but is there an operator ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi scrive competenza e cortesia evidentemente lavora all'interno della struttura... O perlomeno ha qualche parentela coi dipendenti. Il sito prevede un numero di telefono,ma NON chiamate,tanto non risponderanno mai. Evitate di perdere tempo. Recatevi di persona e non prendetevi impegni poiché probabilmente la sera uscirete con qualche dipendente a prendere un aperitivo,visto che sarete diventati migliori amici dopo tutta la giornata passata lì dentro.
Who writes competence and courtesy evidently works inside the structure ... Or at least has some relationship with the employees. The site includes a phone number, but do NOT call, they will never answer. Avoid wasting time. Go in person and do not make commitments because probably in the evening you will go out with some employees to take a drink, since you will have become best friends after all the day spent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante mi sia presentato all’agenzia delle entrate con regolare appuntamento preso 15 gg fa via web ho dovuto attendere quasi un ora per poter svolgere la mia pratica. Tutti i dipendenti sono puntualissimi nell’ andare in pausa senza preoccuparsi delle gente che aspetta. Valuto con una stella ma se potessi non ne darei neanche una.
Although I went to the tax office with a regular appointment made 15 days ago via the web, I had to wait almost an hour to be able to complete my file. All employees are very punctual in going on break without worrying about the people waiting. I rate with a star but if I could I would not give even one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon pomeriggio purtroppo ho perso l appuntamento di ieri perché chiami e nn risponde nessuno Google mi dava ufficio chiuso. Riuscite a mettere gli orari giusti così uno dimentica l appuntamento almeno passa in ufficio oppure magari rispondere come stamattina ??

In questo periodo l'ufficio è aperto due mattine a settimana,non vi è alcuna possibilità di contattarli via telefono in quanto in automatico viene detto che tutti gli operatori sono al momento impegnati. Non esiste un indirizzo mail e il servizio richiama risulta sempre non disponibile!!! Quaranta giorni fa ho richiesto il bonus a fondo perduto,i soldi non li ho ancora ricevuti e pur essendo registrato sul loro sito con regolari credenziali non è possibile sapere l'esito della domanda...... agghiaccianti
A star is honestly too much !!! In this period the office is open two mornings a week, there is no possibility to contact them by phone as it is automatically said that all operators are currently busy. There is no email address and the call back service is always unavailable !!! Forty days ago I requested the non-repayable bonus, I haven't received the money yet and despite being registered on their site with regular credentials, it is not possible to know the outcome of the application ...... chilling
