C	Concetta Alibrandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegato incompetente al primo smistamento , mi ha dato un numero di attesa che non è stato mai chiamato , dieci minuti prima della chiusura mi sono lamentata( x la terza volta) e sono entrata di mia iniziativa al front office , nessuno di loro conosceva quel numero di attesa. Consiglio al Direttore di mettere un distributore di smistamento come quello degli uffici postali, per evitare questi episodi che screditano la Pubblica Amministrazione e non mi sembrano corretti nei confronti degli impiegati del front office che poi svolgono il lavoro con coscienza, scrupolo e cortesia. Classico dipendente pubblico che deve ringraziare chissà chi per stare li a riscaldare la sedia. Sempre più DISGUSTATO dai nostri servizi. Mandando anche una e-mail alla direzione della sede mi hanno risposto chiaramente. Inoltre con le prenotazioni online tramite pagina web o app dedicata è tutto molto più semplice e soprattutto sbrigativo. Mi presento con regolare prenotazione effettuata sul sito Agenzia delle Entrate e non hanno nemmeno voluto ricevermi dicendo che avevano deciso di non lavorare poiché sono troppe poche persone in sede. La sede era deserta, i computer spenti. Interruzione di servizio pubblico in piena regola e disagi per il cittadino. Ero prenotato da 1 mese, ho fatto 40km per raggiungerli e non ho avuto assistenza. BAD!
