★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il call center, dopo oltre 3 minuti di chiacchiere che indispongono chi necessita di un contatto per chiarimenti, alla fine riesci a parlare con un operatore che ti dice di andare sul sito. Quindi, tutto inutile.
Peggio ancora, penso di parlare con AE riscossione di Ancona, ma la chiamata va direttamente alla centrale Roma ,credo. Nessuna possibilità di parlare con Ancona.
E hanno il coraggio di chiedere se il cittadino è soddisfatto!
The call center, after more than 3 minutes of chatting that annoy those who need a contact for clarification, at the end you are able to talk to an operator who tells you to go to the site. So, all in vain.
Worse still, I think I speak with AE collection of Ancona, but the call goes directly to the central Rome, I think. No possibility to speak with Ancona.
And they have the courage to ask if the citizen is satisfied!
