★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato presso l'Ufficio Territoriale dell'Agenzia delle Entrate di Termini Imerese, ovviamente per discutere una non simpatica questione fiscale. A prescindere dalla natura e dal motivo della mia visita, sono stupito! Ho trovato tutto quello che non ti aspetti di trovare in un ufficio pubblico: sono stato accolto all'ingresso da un Direttore "operaio" che quasi sembrava mi aspettasse e mi conoscesse da sempre. La funzionaria che mi ha assistito è stata disponibilissima fin da subito, preparatissima ed elegante, mi ha fatto credere che la burocrazia in realtà non esiste. Che stranezza! BRAVI.
Today I went to the Territorial Office of the Termini Imerese Revenue Agency, obviously to discuss an unpleasant tax issue. Regardless of the nature and reason for my visit, I am amazed! I found everything you don't expect to find in a public office: I was greeted at the entrance by a "worker" director who almost seemed to be waiting for me and knew me forever. The official who assisted me was extremely available from the start, very prepared and elegant, made me believe that bureaucracy does not really exist. What an oddity! GOOD.

Si sono accorti di un errore accreditandomi una parte della quota versata ....scrivo questo post per complimentarmi con coloro che gestiscono il tutto e che anche a palermo a volte si sentono cose positive complimenti ancora agenzia dell'entrata di termini Imerese. .Graziano Ciro 10/10/2017..
