Mi chiedo se non si riesce ad accedere a servizi dello stato le multe chi le pagherà? Shame you can not in any way have an appointment online, much less speak with a poor operator. I wonder if you are unable to access state services who will pay the fines?

L'ufficio non risponde sistematicamente, il call center dopo tutte le noiose informazioni del disco e i vari passaggi ti dice che le linee sono occupate e di richiamare!!!!!! Questo non è da paese civile! Shameful, impossible to access by phone to get information. Al telefono ti rispondono ( se va bene) dopo diversi tentativi e lo fanno con un tono di voce quasi annoiato. Mi fanno spiegare il problema per poi dirmi che loro gli appuntamenti non li prendono per telefono ma online. Ma in che paese viviamo?! I could put zero stars! Shameful and embarrassing! On the phone they answer you (if all goes well) after several attempts and they do it with an almost bored tone of voice. They make me explain the problem and then tell me that they do not take appointments by phone but online. But what country do we live in ?!

P	Pinco Pallino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono contento che al TG hanno detto di aver semplificato l'accesso ai servizi pubblici, Per fare una domanda che richiederebbe 1 minuto se non fosse impossibile telefonare, occorre prenotare, quindi avere un pc, un indirizzo di posta eletronica ed abitare in un posto dove il cellulare funziona, cosa normale per chiunque, e perdere mezza giornata. Ringrazio la pubblica amministrazione! I am happy that the TG said they have simplified access to public services, To ask a question that would take 1 minute if it were not impossible to call, you need to book, then have a PC, an e-mail address and live in a place where the cell phone works, which is normal for anyone, and you lose half a day.
