Mi trovo davanti una signorina che comincia a contare . 30 secondi dopo mi dice.....sono circa tot anni...io rispondo dicendo se può essere più precisa. Mi dice di tornare quando sono piu vicino alla pensione. Nemmeno finita la frase era già pronta la ricevuta e il conto. Situazione imbarazzante.....impossibile fare domande perché rispondeva sempre....poi vediamo.Ma ci stiamo prendendo in giro? Per avere una risposta....circa...faccio il conteggio a casa ...io devo ritornare ma i soldi li ha presi subito.Ma noi utenti dobbiamo sempre essere presi in giro? Dobbiamo pagare per la mancanza di professionalità ?Pessima esperienza....ma lo.sapete che ci sono Altri caf giusto?addio Bad service. I make an appointment for contributions. P	Paola Fissolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 gg di chiamate ininterrotte al call center ( linea sempre occupata) faccio la mia richiesta di appuntamento telefonico e faccio presente delle linee sempre occupate e che io avendo mandato una email la prima settimana dell' anno e che a oggi 20 gennaio non ho ancora avuto risposta. Servizio molto scadente After 4 days of uninterrupted calls to the call center (line always busy) I make my request for a telephone appointment and point out that the lines are always busy and that I having sent an email the first week of the year and that as of today, January 20, I have not yet got an answer. Very poor service
