★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s actually quite faster than I expected. Just a friendly note that people at the Front Desk won’t speak English, so if you go by yourself (like me) remember to learn some basic question in case of needed. However the guy who handled my documents speak English very well (thank Gods... I won’t be able to answer in Italian hahhahahha). Overall it’s not a bad experience at all - I read several negative comments before going there so.... but believe me everything is great; the line is well faster than the US DMV Office for sure lol ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to get our Codice Fiscale and were informed that we could do it via email. They were very nice with our limited Italian. We did it via email. We would have given 5 stars but an employee Rossella was quite rude via email. She seemed to be very vague in her instructions and after several attempts accused us of not reading the emails, Rossella with a bad attitude! But everyone else got it done with a great professional attitude. Grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at this Agenzia delle Entrate yesterday to have data in our codice fiscale information updated. The staff who were guarding the entry and checking documents were very friendly and spoke surprisingly good English when it became apparent we were having difficulty with Italian. They got Massimo, who spoke perfect English, to assist us. He fixed our data right away. This is the first time we've experienced such quick and friendly customer service in a Firenze government office. We need more of this friendly and efficient people in government!
