La signora dell'atrio ha chiamato il mio numero dopo appena un minuto (dipende dalla fila) ed è stata molto socievole e gentile mentre faceva il suo lavoro. In 5 minuti avevo finito. Li ho fatti diventare matti. Per dichiarare un domicilio fiscale si viene accolti da un front office che risponde con sufficienza oltre che in maniera errata, in quanto dovrebbe conoscere i servizi che vengono erogati da quell'ufficio. In particolare la persona del front office dichiara che è possibile fare dichiarazione del domicilio fiscale, ma quando si viene ricevuti in ufficio dalla collega addetta a questo servizio, emergono risposte come "Io non lo posso fare" e "Io vario il domicilio fiscale solo se bisogna produrre un duplicato di tessera sanitaria". Risposte che scontrose e assolutamente disallineate con le informazioni riportate online; soprattutto risposte che non supportano minimamente il cittadino nel CAPIRE, fra tutte le magiche strutture statali, QUALE SIA quella imputata alla variazione di domicilio fiscale. Per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio esiste il sito web dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, che dichiara espressamente che presso l'Agenzia delle Entrate è possibile fare questa variazione. Non sapete minimamente che servizi offre il posto in cui prestate servizio ai cittadini contribuenti, io direi che potete iniziare ad aggiornarvi in tutto quel tempo in cui gli uffici sono chiusi al pubblico. A qualsiasi altro numero per assistenza Agenzia entrate non rispondono, ne quelli provinciali ne quelli generali (attesa di 52 chiamate). Dovete seriamente rivedere i vostri servizi.
