Impossible to contact them if they answer or put you on hold or say it is not the right office; take a whole morning if you have to call them and arm yourself with patience. A lot!

Chiedo che voce devo seguire sul sito internet per entrare con lo spid ma gente dice che non la sa... Scusate al sincerita Ma e una vergognia pura quello che state facendo..
Option change from 5 stars to less than 5 stars. - 5. For three weeks and 2000 phone calls I have not been able to make an appointment to have a floor plan of the house. I ask what voice I have to follow on the website to enter with the spid but people say they don't know ... Sorry to be honest But it's a pure shame what you are doing ..
