Dico solo che dopo aver lavorato per varie persone, e che per motivi non dovuti a me, i rapporti lavorativi sono cessati, l'agenzia ha preteso (avevo un contratto indeterminato) le mie dimissioni perché dall'ultima delle persone dove mi hanno mandata avevo trovato una situazione al quanto grottesca, casa insulsa e altro... Problematiche che evito di elencare per non far venire il vomito a nessuno. E dato che mi sono rifiutata di lavorare in quelle condizioni, hanno preteso che mi dimettessi. Perdendo così lavoro e possibilità di richiedere la disoccupazione. Per non parlare dei contratti di lavoro firmati in macchina mentre mi accompagnavano dalle persone dalle quali avrei dovuto lavorare. Thus losing work and the possibility of applying for unemployment. Not to mention the employment contracts signed in the car as they drove me to the people I was supposed to work for.

Non chiede neppure le condizioni delle persone che devono essere accudite,per non parlare delle badanti.Esperenza pessima non la consiglio a nessuno. The agency staff is not absolutely professional. Very rude, does not listen to needs, everything is absolutely centered only on money. It doesn't even ask about the conditions of the people who need to be cared for, not to mention the carers. E per giunta secondo l'agenzia questa badante è una delle migliori (non oso immaginare le peggiori che fanno!!!!!) Non ci è stata fatta nemmeno una domanda sulla persona da assistere, solo elencati dei prezzi in base alla copertura necessaria e alla nostra richiesta di un preventivo via mail la risposta è stata che i costi erano quelli dettati a voce. Inoltre non coprono le zone che non siano servite perfettamente dai mezzi pubblici. I went with my wife to the Family Care agency in Bologna to ask for information for assistance from my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, the impression was bad. We were not even asked a question about the person to be assisted, only listed the prices based on the necessary coverage and to our request for a quote via email the answer was that the costs were those dictated by word of mouth.
