★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passare una domenica fuori pensando che ci si possa rilassare perche ci sono altri che sbrigano le incombenze e ti guidano in posti nuovi, era questa la mia idea di viaggio organizzato . Ma a quanto pare non e la stessa idea che hanno in questa agenzia poichè di organizzato non c era assolutamente niente ma questo sarebbe il minimo se non fosse stato che dulcis in fundo e alle mie rimostranze mi sono sentita anche insultare dalla proprietaria arrogante e priva di ogni professionalità. Vi consiglio vivamente un' altra agenzia.
Spending a Sunday out thinking that you can relax because there are others who take care of the chores and guide you to new places, this was my idea of an organized trip. But apparently it is not the same idea they have in this agency as there was absolutely nothing organized but this would be the least if it were not that last but not least and to my complaints I also felt insulted by the arrogant and lacking owner every professionalism. I highly recommend another agency.
